General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Consult a physician and get evaluated to rule out possible respiratory and cardiac causes. As of now analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol can be tried for pain relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
